We specialise in a range of private celebrations, including birthday parties for adults and children, milestone celebrations, at-home dinner parties and intimate gatherings for close friends and family across Gauteng.

We are based in Waterfall — a central location that allows us to plan and manage events across Johannesburg, Pretoria and the broader Gauteng area.

We plan kids’ birthdays with the same care you would expect for adult guests – including thoughtful menus for children with allergies or dietary requirements. Calm, careful execution leaves space for stress-free fun on the day – for children and parents alike.

We specialise in private, non-corporate events. This includes intimate gatherings for 4 - 10 people, medium-sized parties of around 20 - 40 guests, and special occasions for up to 80 - 100 people.

Our work is best suited to intimate gatherings, home-based celebrations, and small to medium events where detail matters.

We offer a full-service, end-to-end event planning and management experience. This means we don’t step in for food alone - we take responsibility for bringing the entire event together cohesively. 

After an initial planning session, we take care of the details - sourcing and coordinating vendors (from musicians and photographers to jumping castles and slushie stands), managing guest lists and dietary requirements, designing the menu, overseeing setup on the day, and making sure everything is packed away, cleaned up and seamlessly wrapped up afterward.
